January 24th, 2018 – (Poughkeepsie Journal) – The EPA is soon expected to make a decision on the 5-year review of GE’s cleanup of PCBs in the Hudson River, and the state of New York is threatening to sue the agency if they do not require more work to be done. Others say that EPA themselves should spearhead remediation of the Hudson River themselves.
